A Careful Inspection, Then a Plain-English Walk-Through
Most inspections take 2 to 4 hours, with clients encouraged to be present near the end for a review of issues found on site.
How the visit works
Agreement and payment
A signed inspection agreement and payment are required before the report can be delivered.
Flexible site access
Tim may meet the client or agent at the house, use a lockbox, or start early on the exterior when a home is unoccupied.
Walk-and-talk review
It often works best to inspect first, then walk through findings with the client and agent.
Same-day report target
Reports are typically ready by the end of the same day and sent by email.
Areas reviewed
The inspection page lists walks and driveways, decks, foundation and support structure, roof systems, gutters, drainage, and many other accessible home components as part of the review.
The FAQ notes that Tim walks roofs he can safely access when conditions and materials allow; otherwise, he inspects from the ground with binoculars or from a ladder.
